    We started our leather production in 2008 and created our own leather brand Desino in 2010 for Vietnam market.

    There are 3 large production facilities with more than 50,000 sqm2 under Thai Duong Company with morethan 4,000 workers. Our leather production is placed within our factory in Ho Chi Minh city. With our own leather brand – Desino, we have developed our own technologies and team of skillful pattern-makers, leather specialists and workers for over 12 years, we have focused on high quality and fashion leather bags, we started to accept local designers/brands’ orders 3 years ago and have been a key manufacturer for quality fashion leather bag in Vietnam ever since. Our key customers include Gia Studios – a well-known Vietnamese brand with the vegan leather croissant bags that distributed around the world, Valenciani with laser-inspired leather bags – a major hit in local market for more than 3 years and other brands. Besides local customers, we have accepted orders for premium leather bags for Japan markets, leather belts for European, US market…and open for distribution of our own brand Desino.

    Our creative sample rooms, modern technologies, material networks, im/ex services and standard compliance system will satisfy most of your fashion leather bag demands. We have ISO standards and can also apply/open for auditing for your specific standard request. Our focus is for medium to small quantity orders that require quality, flexibility in materials, delivery time and price.

    Moreover, our green effort such as solar energy, waste control, water-saving… will add more value to your products and show our effort to the overall sustainable development.

    Established in 2015 with over 8,000 m2 for head office, sample rooms and productions lines. 

    This also the main place for developing samples, leather goods and other innovative material bags. 

  • Dong Thap 1 Factory

    Established in 2020 with over 14,000 m2 for offices and production lines.

    Established in 2021 with over 24,000 m2 for offices and production lines.

    With a team of professional designers and prototype, patternmakers, Thai Duong’s factories can flexibly develop samples from different requirements of customers. We can develop prototypes from concept to finished prototype, strategizing materials, manufacturing, and accompanying quality control processes to meet aesthetic and quality standards. We can also develop samples based on existing samples and achieve the best price bracket for customers. Let us know your needs, we will give you the best solution for the model.

Green factory

  • Our effort to sustainability

     

    Each of our factories are built with a green effort. We will take advantages of the natural surroundings, the sun, the wind, the rain…to power the operation of the production. 

    All of our factories preserves spaces for green areas, a lot of trees are planted to make the air cool and the atmosphere relaxing for our customers and workers. Most of the raindrops will be saved through some funnels and pools to use for watering the trees and keep the factories cool down during hot time.

    Our Đồng Tháp 1 factory was built with green energy, our rooftop was covered in Solar panels that generates the power through out the factory. 

    We are trying to reduce wastes and energy for better cost and also for better environment. We are complied with most of environmental production standards for your products.
